Claude Code keeps your session transcripts for 30 days by default, then deletes them. Once a week, have it list the mistakes it repeated and turn each into one line in your CLAUDE.md.

Read my Claude Code sessions from the last 7 days. List the 10 mistakes you made more than once. For each one, write a single short line I can add to my CLAUDE.md file so you don't make it again. Only include mistakes that happened at least twice. Keep each line plain and specific.
How to use it
- Once a week, open Claude Code in your project and paste the prompt above.
- Read the 10 repeated mistakes it lists, and cut any that aren't real.
- Add each one as a single line to your CLAUDE.md file. Next week, it doesn't repeat them.
